View ratings of your practitioners
See the ratings and comments users leave for interpreters and captioners after their sessions.
After a session ends, users can rate the platform and rate the practitioners who provided their services. This includes sessions held on an external platform. Platform ratings go to SignGlasses. Practitioner ratings appear on the Ratings page.
Open the Ratings page
Select Ratings in the sidebar. The newest ratings are at the top.
The page lists the ratings your users have left for their interpreters and captioners.
Read the ratings
Each row is one rating:
- Date: when the user left the rating.
- Practitioner Reviewed: the interpreter or captioner who was rated.
- Rating: the score the user gave, from 1 to 5.
- Description: the comment the user left, if any.
The last column, DHH User, names the user who left the rating. A practitioner from outside your organization is shown by first name and last initial.
