Invoices
Find your organization's invoices, read the line items, and download a PDF or CSV.
SignGlasses invoices your organization for the services it used.
Open an invoice
- Select Invoices in the sidebar. The list shows your organization’s invoices, newest first, with each one’s amount and date range.
- Select the invoice’s number in the ID column.
The top of the invoice shows its date, its payment date, any notes, and its PO number. Select Back to Invoices to return to the list.
Read the line items
An invoice covers a date range. Its line items are the sessions, onsite travel fees, and recordings billed for that range. Each line shows the date, time, name, service type, minutes, rate per hour, and amount. A session’s line also names its attendees. A line marked “Untimely cancellation” is a session that was cancelled inside the billing window and still billed.
A general audience session reads “General Audience” instead of listing attendees.
Each session carries its cost center number onto the invoice, in the Cost center column.
Sessions with more than one rate
A session is sometimes billed at more than one rate, when its practitioners are charged at different rates. The session appears as one entry with the session’s total minutes and amount. A line beneath the entry shows each rate and names the practitioners that rate covers. The PDF shows the same breakdown.
PO number and notes
An invoice can carry a PO number, which is your purchase order number, and notes. SignGlasses adds both. The PO number also appears in the header of the PDF.
If your organization uses the same PO number on every invoice, SignGlasses can save it as a default. New invoices then start with that number.
Download an invoice
Open the invoice, then select PDF or Export CSV at the top of the page. The CSV has one row per line, so a session billed at two rates exports as two rows with the same title and different rates.
