View session information
See the coordinator's notes, platform link, team members, and prep materials for a session.
Each session has an information page with the coordinator’s notes, attachments, and the external platform link, when there is one.
Find the session
- Select Calendar in the sidebar.
- Select the session. A short preview opens.
- Select More details.
To find a session quickly, search the calendar by its title or by the name of anyone in it.
You can also select a session on your dashboard to open the same page.
What the page shows
- SignGlasses support contact information
- For practitioners, reminders such as signing in 10 minutes before the session
- The public description, and the coordinator’s notes for practitioners (Private Description)
- Whether the session uses an external platform, and its link
- The users receiving services, and your team members, with their emails if shared
- Prep materials, if the coordinator uploaded any, each with a Download link
For an onsite assignment, the street address and location details appear on this page once you accept the assignment. Before that, the assignment offer shows only the city and state.
